Hello there,
Welcome to the introduction of the newest blog I will work on here in Retro Rebellion. It is called Voice Actor's Corner. This blog is a response to the very that has bugged for quite sometime, the total lack of respect and acknowledgment of voice actors.
For centuries, voice actors has given us the type of entertainment that we normally see in live action TV or movies, but so much more. Voice actors lend their talents in many forms of media, video games, radio, commercials and above all else, animation. When lending their voices, these extraordinary people can display their range based on how the characters were voiced, it could be normal, baritone, dark yet deep, a tad feminine and so on and so forth. And lastly, these voice actors can even voice multiple characters at once or even voice one character that defines them for years to come.
However, as awesome as they, unlike regular actors, sports stars, politicians and every other famous person, voice acting is the one genre that is often overlooked, especially through the news media.
In this new blog, I will talk about an individual voice actor, who they are, what they do and not to mention the characters they have voiced.
Voice actors, as a whole, have been ignored for quite a long time. But no longer. With this blog, it is time for the world to know what voice actors deserve the same rights and recognition as all famous people combined.
Stay tuned, for my first blog in this new series will feature the sometimes strong, and the sometimes dark performance of the man who voiced an overprotective pro-wrestler, a King of Heaven and two vampires. I will talk about the very strong, very dark and somewhere in between Patrick Seitz. Until next time, stay frosty.
Saraba da (Farewell)...for now.
