6 Potential Candidates For The List

Here are a a bunch of canidates that I'm seriously considering to be on The List.

Hollywood (they have a long rapsheet to their name,I don't feel like listing.)

The Mega Man [Fan] Community (for taking hypocrisy to a new level, among other things)

Disney President Gary Marsh (he has 3 strikes against him..and he only has 2 left)

Youtube (from cowering at the feet of currupt media orgs,to forcing ads upon the watcher. These guys are on thin ice)

Verizon (ever since they removed 'Heroes and Icons' from their line-up,they've become potential candidates for the list)

Capcom Japan (for bastardizing their old franchises, disrespecting mega man, ect.)

Well there you have it,6 potential candidates for The List!

If you're reading this Jason,I would like it if you would add to The List too. Tell me who you want on the list, and I'll put them on there.

So Long...For Now - The Rekka Dragon Starts His Journey of Self-Awareness and Finding Answers on Friendship.

Hey there, Toonsters.

I thought I drop by and give a heads up on where I have been.  Usually, I am the optimistic, courageous animation crusader. But as of late, I wasn't think like myself lately. I am going through a lot of changes. Although it started on October 13, 2014, when Discovery killed off the Hub and created Discovery Family, and started to buy off friendship using MLP as a scapegoat for the sinister goals, it was watching shows from the Arrowverse, such as The Flash, that got me questioning friendship as a whole, knowing that it can be broken as well. Ever since I wrote that fan letter to Carlos Valdes and gotten no reply, indicating that I didn't get my answer, whether or not friendship is truly dead. And judging from that notion, to me at least, it probably is cause the whole world is dog-eat-dog, every man for himself, looking out for number one and they don't care about friendship. And because of that, I spurned the very people I trusted, especially one of my fellow moonies, who I helped with those scrapbooks, including one for Cristina Vee (which, to this day, didn't receive due to the staff from Anime Revolution rushing up the lines). I almost ended that friendship right here and there, but I patched things up with her. But, that is no excuse for what I did, all because no one, in the world of acting, wouldn't answer that very important question about friendship. Like Cisco once said, "Sometimes when things get broken, they can't be fixed." And that's what I am feeling right now.

So, after some consideration, and since Summer is just around the corner, I decided to take a break from social media for awhile. Because of this, along with other issues, such as death of more voice actors like Dick Gautier, opening more of my dark parts of my past such as bullies using Kamen Rider to torment me and everything in between, I want to take a break from everything, just to re-assess my life and better myself until I fully understand friendship better. I know you guys understand it better than me, but this is something I got take of myself.

Don't think of it as goodbye, this is more like see you later. Until I get back, my brother in arms, Stefan, will be in charge of things here in the ACF. I don't know how long until I get back, I just hope things turn out good for me. But, until then, stay frosty and Godspeed, my friends. And believe me, I am going to need a lot of luck. And as long as the spirits of my virtues are with me, I will never truly be alone.

(Whereabouts of a Smile - Pocketwatch Version plays)

"Friendships can be bought or broken. Either way, I must journey to better myself until I fully understand it altogether. As long as my virtues guide me, I won't feel so alone. God help us all."

So long...for now.

(Keep on Rollin' - Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors End Credits plays)

Let's Fail: Anime Jason vs. Discovery Family - Episode 2: Discovery Kids: The Network That Wasn't!

As I promised, here is episode 2 of my retrospective/rant on Discovery Family. Since this part is about Discovery Kids, this one is relatively short.

However, don't expect episode 3 to be out anytime soon. Since Summer is just around the corner (and some personal issues to sort out, including my dilemma over friendship), I am going to take a break from social media for awhile. I will explain everything on my next blog. Until then, stay frosty and enjoy the episode.

Pro Wrestling Cartoons

After much thought,I've decided to talk a little bit about Wrestling Cartoons.I'm not talking about Shows with Wrestling episodes,I'm talking about Cartoons with a Wrestling theme.

So far,I only know of 5 Wrestling Cartoons:3 WWE based,2 non-WWE based. And each range from Terrible to Mediocre.

Another note about this topic is that I'm Only gonna be talking about Wrestling Cartoons that are American. So no Anime. Anywhoo, let's talk about these 5 shows (in order of creation)

Hulk Hogan's Rock 'N' Wrestling: During the 1st Wrestling Boom in the 1980's,WWE teamed up with DiC to create a Saturday Morning Cartoon based on their Superstars at the time. This cartoon starred Hulk Hogan and his allies doing various activities thought the world. Meanwhile,"Rowdy" Roddy Piper and his gang of "Heels" do all that they can to sabotage Hogan and co. In the end,Piper and his gang are foiled and everything turns out alright.

Hogan's team consists of: Wendi Richter,"Captain" Lou Albano,Tito Santana,Hillbilly Jim,The Junkyard Dog,"Superfly" Jimmy Snuka, and Andre the Giant. While Piper's Heels consist of: Fabulous Moolah,Mr.Fuji,Nikolai Volkoff,The Iron Sheik, and Big John Studd.

While the art style is decent and the theme song is beyond epic, the plots and dialogue are just terrible. Definatly stay away from this one folkes. Anywhoo, movin' on.

Mucha Lucha (and mucha lucha gigante): Mucha Lucha was as a Saturday Morning Cartoon that aired on KidsWB in the early 2000's.

The show is set in a fictional Mexican town centered on Lucha Libre (nearly everyone in the town has a mask and costume and a signature move). It's about the adventures of three Luchadores in training (Rikochet,Buena Girl, and the Flea). The 3 kids go to school at The World-Renowned The International School of Lucha, where they teach Lucha Libre.

This cartoon had it's fun parts, but all and all, this show is,at it's core, mediocre. Next Up...

Nicelodeon's El Tigre: A Lucha Libre inspired Superhero show that aired on the Nick Networks during the Mid 2000's.

It's Set in the fictional crime-ridden Mexican metropolis of Miracle City, El Tigre follows the adventures of Manny Rivera, a regular 13-year-old boy with superpowers trying to choose between good or evil.

Manny's father is a superhero known as White Pantera, and wants Manny to grow up to be a hero. Manny's Grandpapi,on the other hand,is a supervillain known as Puma Loco, who wants Manny to be a villain.

Here's sonething interesting: Before the final episodes,Nickelodeon held an on-line poll asking it's viewers to choose Manny's final fate: Hero? or Villian? The voters chose Hero. Fan input is always a great thing, too bad Disney never does this.

Despite being mostly a Superhero show,El Tigre is heavily influenced by Lucha Libre. And it's because of this, that I consider El Tigre a Wrestling Cartoon.

Anyway, this show is mediocre at best. Avoid it of don't,it's up to you. Moving on.

WWE Slam City: It's about various WWE Superstars doing various odd-jobs,due to them being fired by their new Boss,The Finisher. Fired Superstars include: Santino Marella,CM Punk,Daniel Bryan,John Cena,Alberto Del Rio,Kane,"Stone Cold" Steve Austin,The Undertaker,The Rock,Randy Orton,Big Show,The Miz,Brock Lesnar,Sheamus,Mark Henry,Rey Mysterio,Dolph Ziggler,and Damian Sandow.

The characters on this show are Super Deformed and the plots are very cartoonish. Definatly for young kids. WWE Slam City isn't a very good show. And finally we have...

Camp WWE: A short series about WWE Superstars,as children,at Summer Camp. Unlike the other Wrestling shows on this list,Camp WWE is for the 21 and older crowd. This show is trash. While the animation is top notch, the writing is god awful. I don't know which show is worse: Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling or this crap.

WWE also did animated crossovers with Scooby-Doo,The Flintstones, and the Jetsons. These movies were all mediocre.

Funnily enough, despite the 2nd Wrestling Boom in the Late 90's,neither the WWE or the WCW,recieved an animated series during that time. Strange, huh? In fact, there has Never been a WCW animated series.

Speaking of wrestling cartoons,I came up with the idea for an MVW animated series. As well as an idea for an all-cgi animated wrestling show, based on WWEs cartoon era. Details coming soon.

Let's wrap this up with a Fun Fact. In Japan, there are many Anime based on Pro-Wrestling (the most recognized being Kinnikuman). Pro-Wrestling Anime is in abundance, due to Pro-Wrestling itself being considered a normal sport in that country. I'm sure Jason would love to talk more about these Animes,as I hear that his favorite wrestler,Jushin Thunder Liger, has roots in Anime.

Well, that's it for now. See Ya,Space Cowboy.
