Jason's Gallery - Anime Jason and She-Ra (Happy Birthday, Melendy Britt!)

This fanart represents not only the fact that She-Ra is my favorite fictional aunt, next to Elsa and Jem, but also celebrates the birth of the very person who brought life to the Princess of Power herself, and her birthday is, believe it or not, on Halloween of all days. I am, of course, referring to the one, the only, Melendy Britt.

Happy Birthday to my favorite fictional aunt, who has given me a lot of strength and courage to do the things I like to do, especially loving and respecting other female characters. For the Honor of Grayskull, thanks for the memories, Ms. Britt. Like I said, there wouldn't be a Sailor Moon, if it wasn't for She-Ra!

Happy Birthday, Melendy Britt!

Jason's Gallery - More Halloween Fanart!

Here is more of my Halloween fanart. I know you will like them!

Here we have our favorite red-headed mermaid, Ariel, as one of my other favorite heroes, The Rocketeer! I wonder how good she is flying, just as she is with swimming? Who knows?

Here we have Kourin no Seiji (Sage of the Halo) and Makoto Kino (Sailor Jupiter) as Afro and Okiku aka Otsuru from Afro Samurai. This was based on the crossover idea I had in mind, where the Sailor Senshi, Ronin Warriors and Dark Warlords were kidnapped and placed in a devices that makes their dreams so lifelike and this part of Sage and Mako-chan as Afro and Otsuru was one of them. But, there is one difference between the two couples. While Afro's relationship with Otsuru ended in tragedy, Sage's relationship with Mako-chan will last longer than theirs. And with their roles as Ronin Warrior and Sailor Senshi respectively, it will be a bit longer than that.

And there you have it. I hope you enjoyed my Halloween fanart. And I hope next Halloween will be much more better! Happy Halloween, toonsters!

More Show Ideas

Note: The following is an unfinished post that I ompletely forgot about. So this Will be my Absolute Final Post!

More original show ideas for my potential TV network. I need many many fresh new shows for this network in order to make it a success. Variaty Is The Splice Of Life!

I will be covering both Live-Action and Animation. And,of course,No Reality Shows!
=========================================================
Live Action:

Super Human Fighter Taskforce Ultimaranger - My very own Super Sentai. An evil alien and his terrorist group head to Earth to find the lost Royals of Altar, who were sent to earth as babies to be saved from the terrorist group. If these children ever grew up and discovered their hidden powers,it would mean the end for them if all 7 ever fought them together. They start their search by the harrassing innocent people of Los Diablos,a clean and peaceful city.

An old intergalactic wizard, being kept alive in a rejuvination tank (like the terror leader),has a team of henshin heroes created. he recruits 6 youths to become Ultimaranger and stop the terrorist group.

As as usual once the monsters defeated it'll grow and the Rangers use their Zords to destroy them.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Daikaiju Wars - Giant Monsters battle for supremacy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jesus - Jesus Christ, tired of mans fetish for violence and chaos, comes back to Earth with a new job, keeping the peace as a negotiator. He has talks with all sorts parties. And if they don't stick with the deal that was made,Jesus has his vengeance.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
World Championship Arm Wrestling (beta name) - An Arm Wrestling show.
===========================================================
Animation:

Virtua-Monsters (bata name) - Monsters like pokemon and digimon, but when evolved, never changes the name only adds the level number after it. Plus they originate from Virtual Reality. Story Coming Soon!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pretty Soldier 5 - Demons have risen and are terrorising Earth. To stop them,a puppy with mystic abilities chooses 5 teenage girls to become The Pretty Soldiers, henshin heroines of Justice and truth.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Galactic Fighter 2095 (beta name) - In 2095,2 Earthling Martial Artists seek out fighters from other worlds to perfect their skills and become stronger. An great space adventure awaits them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cartoon Enforcer (beta name) - A Teenager is pulled into a Universe, where Carton Characters are real. She is recruited by (fictional) Cartoon heroes to help save the Universe from evil. Basically this show is Captain N,but with cartoons instead of video games.

And so,all of my loose ends are finally complete.

See Ya In 2017 on RetroTalk.

Jason's Gallery - Halloween Collection!

Hey there, Toonsters and Moonies alike!

Since Halloween is just around the corner, I want to share with you some of my halloween themed cosplay fanart with your favorite characters, mostly with Sailor Moon and Ronin Warriors. It ain't much but I will grow when it catches my interest again. So, here goes.

Here we have Ms. Minako Aino as our favorite witch/housewife, Samantha Stephens from the hit TV show, Bewitched, played brilliantly by Elizabeth Montgomery. If you are wondering why Sam's eyes are all spiraled out, that's how she was in animated form from either the intro to Bewitched or in her guest appearance in an episode of The Flintstones. I'll let you be the judge on this one. Moving on.

Here we have Ms. Usagi Tsukino as Marvel's tiniest superheroine, Janet van Dyne aka The Wasp. So, what does Sailor Moon and the Wasp have in common? Both were voiced by none other than Sailor Moon's third English voice, Linda Ballantyne. Even though Ms. Ballantyne voiced Wasp in the first Avengers cartoon, Avengers: United We Stand, the costume Usagi is wearing is straight up from Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. And as an added bonus, I added Luna to the mix, complete with wings of an angel. Besides, whenever Sailor Moon goes, Luna will always be by her side. And finally...

Here we have Mamoru Chiba (Tuxedo Mask) and Ryo Sanada aka Rekka no Ryo (Ryo of the Wildfire) as masked crimefighters, The Green Hornet and Kato. One of many visions of both Tuxedo Mask and Ryo as not just partners and friends, but also brothers. More accurately, Shon-di (Cantonese for Brothers). Since Tux does nothing but throws roses and fights with canes (even though he has his Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber now), Ryo is the more active of the duo, just like Kato himself and not to mention the man who played him, the late, great martial arts legend, Bruce Lee. If there was a crossover special of sorts, we want to see more of Tuxedo Mask and Ryo together. Until then, fanart is the only way to go. By the way...

The Green Hornet sends his regards!

That is all for now. But, I will post my next Halloween themed fanart before Halloween comes on my next post. And believe me, I got a lot of ground to cover in this one. Until then, stay frosty and Happy Halloween.

Jason's Gallery - Losing a Friend: A Susan Aceron Tribute

"As she clings on to the Garnet Orb, Sailor Chibimoon has come to the realization that her oldest and dearest friend is no longer with us. Losing Sailor Pluto is like losing a part of yourself and it is one pain she can't overcome. However, she knows that even she is no longer among the living, her spirit will forever be by her side. Who knows? Perhaps, one day, she will return and see Chibiusa again. But as long as she holds on to the Garnet Orb, Sailor Pluto will never truly be gone."

Thanks for all the memories, Ms. Aceron. Godspeed.

Time Has Stopped! In Memory of Susan Aceron

This just in, and it's a heartbreaker to all you moonies out there, which is more heartbreaking than the death of Kirsten Bishop.

Susan Aceron Gray, the second voice of Sailor Pluto from the original Sailor Moon english dub, has died on October 9th, 2016 after a long bout with nasopharyngeal cancer. She was 44 years old. Although she did some other animes, Aceron was best known as the voice of Sailor Pluto in the Cloverway dub. As bad as the dub was, editing wise, her voice for the senshi of time and space was elegant at best.

Here's to you, Ms. Aceron. May your elegance last for all eternity. Godspeed.

Jason's Gallery - Between the Heavens and the Sea

"As I look above the heavens, the only thing that I have in mind that is more important in the world, is seeing Ariel again. Although born in the sea, her voice was like a gift from God. And as I look on, would I ever get to hear her voice again someday?"

This fanart was inspired by the iconic ending from the Simpsons episode, "Mother Simpson." Except for one difference, it is one of many fanarts that represent my dream of meeting Jodi Benson. It's been 10 years since my quest began and it is still ongoing. Let's keep hoping.

Happy Birthday, Jodi Benson! May your voice warm my heart always.

Toon Ninja Reviews - Avatar: The Last Airbender Part V: The Good, The Bad and the M. Night Shyamalan (WHAT A TWIST!) - featuring Ryo of the Wildfire and Jadeite

As Jason, Ryo and White Blaze stand ready for battle, Jadeite hovers above them, gloating as he is ready to attack.

*Jadeite laughs maniacally*

Jadeite: You got nothing left, you fools! Once I am done with you, your energies will be drained, enough for the great ruler, Queen Metallia, to be revived. My master, Talpa, will be very pleased!

Ryo: Talpa, it figures!

Jadeite: Now, time to face oblivion!

Whoa! Hold on a second there, Jadeite.

*Jadeite halts his attack*

Don't we get a request?

*Ryo nods in agreement; Jadeite stops for a moment to think*

Jadeite: Why not?  What do you have in mind?

Well, since I am doing a review on Avatar: The Last Airbender, why don't you join in and help us out.

Jadeite: So be it. Once it is done, I will destroy you.

Fair enough.

Jadeite: What do you have in mind?

Well, since I already covered most of the story, animation, music and so forth, we will talk about the good and bad aspects of the show and everything in between.

Jadeite: Very well, then. I have not watch this show for some time, but I do have one gripe with this show.

And what's that?

Jadeite: There is this one episode, that most Avatar fans want to forget and that is chapter 11 from Book One called The Great Divide.

Oh yeah, that.

Jadeite: This episode, is by far the worst episode in the series. It is about two Earth Kingdom tribes, who don't get along and have been doing it for centuries, especially on how to cross the divide itself. So much so, it almost split Team Avatar apart. I won't quite spoil it for you, but let's just say the ending doesn't make such sense. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! *clears throat* Sorry. What about you, mortal, any thoughts on the whole matter?

Well, I got a lot to say, but my reasons are different from yours and Ryo's. Speaking of which, how bout you, Ryo.

Ryo: Well, I do agree that the Great Divide is the worst episode in Avatar, aside from some other noticeable candidates such as lesser bad episodes like Nightmares and Daydreams and The Ember Island Players, most of Avatar is awesome in many ways with its action, animation, music, story, character development, and so on and so forth. So in a way, I got no ill will towards this show, other than its few hiccups.

Well, you guys got valid points on the show. Although it's an awesome show and it does have a few flaw and a couple of bad apples off the tree, but those pale in comparison to the one thing that was a stain in the an otherwise great show. So, come around in a circle and I will tell you this dark story.

*Lights turn off; Jason turns on flashlight in front of his face when telling the story.*

*Deepens voice to a dark tone* It all began with a man named Shyamalan, M. Night Shyamalan, that is.  Around the summer of 2010, Shyamalan, who directed movies like Signs and The Sixth Sense (and yes, I see dead people), was given the task to do a live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender. But, all he did was took liberties with the show and made it a completely different vision of what the show is. For instance, the movie was short, real short, the first book cramped into one movie, without including parts with Jet and the Kyoshi Warriors. Second of all, the characters were miscast. The actors who played the characters were nothing like how they were in the cartoon. Not just physically, but also psychologically. For instance, Aang was suppose to be Asian and suppose to be fun and easy going, not all serious and always down. Sokka and Katara were suppose to be tanned skinned like the actual Inuit natives, not white, and not to mention that Katara was suppose to be the strongest character in the show. But instead, she was portrayed in the movie as a wimp. And you know what is the worst part of the movie, other than the cruddy CGI?

*Jadeite and Ryo shake their heads "No"*

It is the fact that three of the characters names were pronounced wrong. In the movie, Aang was pronounced as "Oong", Sokka was pronounced, "Soak-ka" and Zuko's uncle, Iroh was pronounced "E-row". Shayamalan claimed that these names were how they were pronounced. But contrary to what he has claimed, the Avatar fans would claim otherwise. So the way I see, The Last Airbender was nothing more than a facsimile to the cartoon itself. It is dull, the CGI was terrible, the characters portrayals were messed up and Shayamalan's direction has made it as scary than all the execs combined. And by the time you walk out of watching this movie, you will end up, like THIS!

*Jason alters face to make it scary and shrieks; Jadeite and Ryo jumps up a bit after being scared*

*clears throat; speaking normal* And that is why The Last Airbender was the worst cartoon adaptation in all of cinema, next to the recent live action version of Jem and the Holograms.

Ryo: Right on!

Jadeite: I agree with you.

*White Blaze nods*

Jadeite: Well, now that this little camaraderie has ended, time for some unfinished business.

*Jadeite prepares to attack*

*White Blaze roars*

Ryo: Will see about that!

*Ryo puts his swords together by their handles and prepares his surekill*

Ryo: FLARE UP NOW!!

*Ryo swings his charged up swords at Jadeite*

Jadeite, feeling nervous: Perhaps, another time, then.

*Jadeite teleports out of there before the flash from Ryo's attack hits him*

Wow! Talk about making a quick getaway.

Ryo: Tell me about it.

To Be Concluded....
