Jason's Gallery - Little Mermaid Edition!

In honor of The Little Mermaid's 30th Anniversary, I present to you my latest artwork, which is a part of my project I am making for the heart and soul of Ariel herself, Jodi Benson. Enjoy!

Ariel feeling the air on this strange new world above.

Ariel, my guardian angel!

Aquagirl, carrying on both her father's legacy and Ariel's.

Inspired by that billboard long ago, here we have Ariel and her daughter, Melody, having a mother/daughter moonlight swim.

Ariel meets her soulmate, Rapunzel!
What does Ariel, Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz and Audrey from Little Shop of Horrors have in common? They are the pioneers of the "I Want" song, being Part of Your World, Over the Rainbow and Somewhere That's Green, in the proper order.
Ariel giving comfort to our cute, shy pony, Fluttershy!
Ariel, Rapunzel and Elsa, my fictional mother, sister and aunt. Not just a shout out to Jodi Benson, but to Mandy Moore and Idina Menzel.
Ariel paying respect to the fearless princess of Arus, Allura.
Ariel learning human culture from another mermaid princess, the runaway shinobi, Kasumi of the Mugen Tenshin ninja clan.
On the Grid, Ariel prepares to fight for the Users, just like Tron.
Ariel, in all Hipster Mermaid mode, rocks on with Jem. A shout out to Samantha Newark. Totally OUTRAGEOUS!!

Ariel learning to play the violin from the Stradivarius Queen and fellow sea maiden, Michiru Kaioh.

Here's to another 30 years! Thank you for making us be a part of your world! Stay frosty until next time!
