The Sega Genesis Anniversary was Last Year! It was released in 1988 in Japan!
That was for the Mega Drive in Japan. It wasn't released in North America AS the Genesis until 1989 (which is this year). There was no internet back then when the Genesis was released to know that fact.
Don't matter. Genesis and Mega Drive is the same thing
Well, I meant to say was I am celebrating the Genesis' North American release. I know it was released first in Japan in 1988, but there is nothing wrong with celebrating the Genesis twice within two years. Did the same thing with Sailor Moon when we celebrated the 20th anniversary the old English dub, which was released in 1995, contrast to celebrating her actual 20th Anniversary when the actual anime was released in 1992. Please, don't be mad. I will keep that in mind next time, okay. :(
I'm not/wasn't mad. I was just correcting you in a friendly matter. So it's cool. BTW,we have other anniversaries to Celebrate and Rage Against. The one we'll be raging against the most is the 5th Anniversary of...Discovery Family.
2020 has some otable Anniversaries as well. I compiled a list a while ago. Check it out
